Today April 8th, 2012 4Seen Magazine, and Big Ten Entertainment released the Sound of the City Vol. 8-Which features a handful of artist from the Twin Cities who are on the rise. Artist such as- KidDricc, Rocky Diamonds, Chuck Wooley, Franz Diego, I Self Devine, Mike Dreams, and Mally, just to name a few. Sound of the City has featured artists such as Brother Ali, ModSun, Toki Wright and I.B.E. Sound of the City Vol. 7 received more downloads, than any previously released mixtape, in our Sound of the City Series. With your help we believe we can continue to reach more fans for all artist involved past and present. The soul purpose of Sound of the City, is to increase the visibility of each artist, and add to the growing reputation, that the music scene here in the Twin Cities, is second to none and growing each day . Mac Irv’s Inner Thoughts- This mixtape is laced top to bottom with quality music. With production from Willie Wonka, and the Commission, with Inner Thoughts Mac most definitely has raised the bar from Certified Magnet. Mac’s growth as an artist is evident, and I don’t see it stopping anytime soon. Rumor has it that he’s back in the lab already woking on another release set for Summer 2012. KidDricc St Paul’s Promise 2- It’s been awhile since I’ve heard a complete project from KidDricc. He has been dropping singles, and dropping 16’s on a few other artists projects for a few years. Which helped build up hype for St Paul Promise 2. This is another project that you can just let play, a mix of good production and well thought out and executed ideas.
